Payment Policy

Due to the fact eyewear is custom-made, we are unable to issue refunds, and payment is due at the time of order.

Complimentary eyewear restyle and/or contact lens exchange*

Courtesy contact lens exchanges within 90 days*

Courtesy prescription change within 90 days of exam date*


Eyewear can be remade one time within 90 days from purchase date.

Contact lenses may be exchanged one time within 90 days from purchase date.

One courtesy refraction done within 90 days of exam date.
