Dr. Marsha Kubica, O.D.
Dr. Marsha Kubica is a native of Omaha and an alumna of Burke High School and Kearney State College. She graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and returned home to Omaha to practice optometry. Dr. Kubica has been the owner of Omaha Primary EyeCare since 1998.
Dr. Kubica is passionate about taking care of her patients’ eye care needs. She will provide you with a choice of the latest vision correction options, including contact lenses, refractive surgery, and appropriate eyewear. She also focuses on your eye health and the treatment and prevention of eye diseases.
Dr. Kubica is a member of The Nebraska Optometric Association and The American Optometric Association, Sports Vision Section, and Contact Lens Section. Dr. Kubica is involved in the community through the Rotary Club and serves on the board for Camp CoHoLo.
Outside the office, Dr. Kubica enjoys spending time with her three adult-aged children, traveling, and attending sports and music events. Dr. Kubica is a big Husker fan, even though two of her children attended the University of Kansas and one attended the University of Iowa. She also considers herself a better-than-average photographer and enjoys golfing, biking, hiking in the mountains, and walking with her dogs.

The doctors and the staff have always been so nice, wonderful, and helpful when I’ve been in or have had to call. They helped me cancel a contact order this year due to the contacts that I was wearing were on back order for months and the manufacturer said three different times that they would be shipped out. The contacts didn’t get shipped out when the manufacture said they would, so I called and the staff at Omaha Primary Eye Care helped me cancel the order and helped me try different brands of contacts to help me find some that I liked and would not be on back order. I am so grateful that Omaha Primary Eye Care staff all care about their patients and want to help any way they can. I recommend Omaha Primary Eye Care to anyone.Posted on Google

Anne JosephAugust 26, 2026The Ocumat was ok; however, now they offer another pre-test for 25.00 for glaucoma. That in my mind is nickel and diming patients on Medicare or fixed income for More money for your health. Also, the tests shortened my visit with the doctor. Was the glaucoma test tested? The pre-test was done with a young girl only there for 4 weeks- she needed assistance! Dr. Langford is an excellent doctor; but patients should be aware of any changes.Posted on Google
